The INECO TIFSA group has chosen the 22@Barcelona district to establish their new offices, from which they provide services related to the construction of the AVE line from Barcelona to Figueres. Proximity to the construction area has been a decisive motive in their decision to choose the 22@ district, allowing them to follow the project more closely, while making use of all the necessary technology available in the district. 

These new facilities have been operative since 19 April and have a total of 353 m2 of surface space on the ground floor. The offices are located at 48 Doctor Trueta Street

INECO TIFSA is a group of companies that is integrated into the Ministry of Development and is devoted to the transport sector, particularly technological development of railways. Their activities range from feasibility studies through integral management of rail projects. Their new headquarters in the 22@Barcelona district will allow them to follow the evolution of the High Speed Train construction work in the city closely.

The Forcadell company’s Retail Department has provided guidance and consulting for INECO TIFSA in the rental process for their new headquarters.
