Reparalia, S.A., a leader in integral home assistance services that belongs to the British HomeServe group, has established their new offices in the Diagonal 22@ building, with a staff of 46 employees. The area’s good public and private transport connections, in addition to its technological infrastructure, space and the building’s energy efficiency, were key factors in their choice to move to the district. 

The Diagonal 22@ building is located in one of the most consolidated areas of the district, on Pujades Street between Selva de Mar and Provençals, very close to Barcelona’s Diagonal Avenue. Other important companies are also located in this building, including Montblanc and Schneider Electric. The good transport options in this area, via Diagonal Avenue and Ronda Litoral, as well as metro and TRAM stops and a number of bus lines, in addition to the building’s characteristics, were the company’s main motives for choosing this option ahead of others when looking for a new space for their offices.

The decision to move Reparalia, S.A. to the 22@Barcelona district was taken with the guidance of the Savilis real estate agency last 2 June. This agency has co-exclusive commercialization rights for offices in the Diagonal 22@ building, inaugurated in August 2009.

Reparalia

Reparalia was founded in 1999 and joined HomeServe plc in 2007. HomeServe is one of the top 250 companies on the London stock market and is also present in the United States, France, Benelux and, since 2006, in Spain through HomeServe Ibérica.

Later, in July 2009, the company changed its name in Spain to Reparalia Direct as a result of their strong consolidation in the Spanish market, where they focus on home-service contracts and integral management of disasters and repairs. Currently, the company has six branch offices: Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Oviedo, Seville and Valencia.
