Leitat designs new methodology to reduce innovation mortality rates |

The Leitat technology center has developed the ConceptLab, a service for companies interested in creating new products or services for their clients: a methodology based on deep understanding of the user, strategic analysis in line with the client’s business needs, a creative focus oriented towards design and co-creation, and technological solutions.
With this service, Leitat advises and guides clients through one of the most critical business phases: making ideas into real, visible and successful products. Approximately 80% of all products fail in their first 6 months, but innovations based on people and their needs maximize the success rate of a new product/service, creating a lasting link between a company and its clients.
Thus, like Apple with its iPhone or BBVA with their new cash machine, Leitat has adapted methodologies from large companies to launch innovative, value-generating products to market in their ConceptLab, making them available to small and medium-sized companies.
