22@Barcelona has started a Project called 22@Space for personal relationship,
which is aimed to create an international community of professionals that will attract and keep highly qualified human capital from around the world and connect the district with the global network. At the same time, it is also committed to promoting relationships between people and organizations in the area, improving quality of life for those who live, work and study in the district. The Space for Relationship is determined to be a physical
and virtual space helping to consolidate a networking and innovative
culture capable of appreciating the talent and the experience of all
associations involved: professional, business, academic and civic.
This space of relationship is structured around four strategic points:
- SPACES: To create spaces facilitating the coming together of people
from the physical point of view and of its contents (activities they
carry out).
- NETWORKING: To assume a facilitating role among
the present associations in the district by means of the organization
of public events (conferences, exhibitions...) and of the creation of
specific programmes for companies and professionals.
- INTERNATIONAL PROJECTION: To Project internationally the activities
carried out in 22@Barcelona by means of participating in international
innovative and transfer networks so that it becomes a reference element
in its field.
- QUALITY OF LIFE: To create the conditions for
new life and work styles that help to reconcile personal and
professional life; to facilitate entertainment activities providing for
new culture and sport premises; to enrich the offer of kindergartens;
and to improve job efficiency by granting access to cutting-edge
training centres in the same district.
