Biocat and ACC1Ó (CIDEM-COPCA) are coordinating a trade and technology mission to India, to the cities of Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore, for biotechnology, pharmaceutical and ICT companies. The mission will be led by the Catalan Minister for Innovation, Universities and Business, the Right Honourable Mr Josep Huguet, and the Chairman of the Biocat Executive Committee, the Honourable Mr Manel Balcells.

The agenda for Biotech and Pharma companies includes participation at the BioAsia trade show in Hyderabad, from 3 to 6 February. This part of the mission will be shared with European biotechnology companies from Cambridge and Milan.

BioAsia Trade Show
Organised by the Federation of Asian Biotech Associations (FABA), the BioAsia Trade Show is the leading biotechnology and pharmaceutical trade show in terms of participant numbers in India and is held every year in one of the Indian clusters with the greatest growth in the country, Hyderabad, in Andra Pradesh state.
