The event centred on the latest trends in the field of intelligent networks and mobile social collaborative systems and was staged as part of the International Conference on Intelligent Networking and Collaborative Systems-INCOS. 

The event opened with a brief presentation of the 22@SynergyS programme and continued with the challenges highlighted by the Yahoo Research, CIP Microsoft, Strands, Dotopen, Polimita and EMascaró companies.
