Thursday 3 December saw the start of the training programme organised by 22@Barcelona with the collaboration of 22@Network . In charge of giving the sessions is Pimec  at the IL·3 facilities.

The idea of running this training programme emerged as a result of the personal interviews conducted by Cecot, commissioned by 22@Barcelona. It was noted that training of staff in the different areas of the company is regarded as a very important tool and one that provides value to organisations.

The aim of the programme is to offer the necessary resources for companies to have better trained and more efficient staff who provide value to organisations and make them more competitive, with a broad vision of the sphere of business administration and management.

Consequently, the programme is aimed at traditional companies in the district, managers and company directors. Specially designed for the professional and sectorial profile of the participants, the training sessions are highly practical and are offered in evening sessions lasting four hours a month.

The programme is structured in five large blocks corresponding to the main management areas of a company:
  • Business strategy (1st session 3 December and 2nd session 31 March).
  • Marketing and Sales (1st session 16 December and 2nd session 13 January).
  • Finances (1st session 3 February and 2nd session 24 February).
  • Use and employment of ICT (17 March).
  • Training Management (7 April).
