During the symposium on 13 July, the concept of
Lean Management will be introduced as well as the Impuls Lean project. Likewise, there will be a presentation of the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation product; a tool to virtualize processes in order to simulate how the factory works and test possible changes by changing variables. The implementation of these models in industrial facilities and the benefits of the simulation will also be discussed.
Lean Management is an organizational and management system that fosters efficiency and customer service. It helps generate added value in all processes and adapt production pace to the clients’ real need. This way, a company gives the best service at the lowest price.
The
IMPULS LEAN project, created by the Leitat Technology Center, aims to raise awareness of this organizational philosophy. The project encourages any and all events that foster productivity, flexibility and profitability.
