It is becoming clearer every day that the concentration of talent is a fundamental element of economic development. In a highly-competitive global economy, the future of cities and companies is intrinsically linked to their capacity to attract and retain qualified professionals in order to face new challenges.

22@Barcelona, by providing a high concentration of knowledge-producing centers and an innovative and dynamic economic fabric, offers a strategic environment in which to develop talent. Through the continued interaction among companies, educational institutions and research parks, 22@Barcelona favors the creation of joint projects with collaboration from young talent and businesses, allowing them to profit from the knowledge generated.

  • CONNECTING COMPANIES AND TALENT
22@Barcelona, with the aim of creating an environment that will attract new talent and develop existing talent, works with universities and business schools to run the 22@Staying in Company program.
Through this program, innovative companies in the district have the opportunity to work with interns from the top national and international schools.

  • FACILITATING TALENT DEVELOPMENT
22@Barcelona, through different initiatives, provides companies located in the district the opportunity to participate in programs that facilitate the development of talent already present in their organizations. The Dissonances program allows companies to welcome a creative expert into their R&D laboratory to help develop a concept, product, service or methodology.
Organized by XABIDE Group, ACC1Ó and the Government of Catalonia's Department of Culture, in collaboration with 22@Barcelona.
