The ICING (Innovative Cities for the Next Generation) is a European programme promoting ways of investigation, development and installation for the provision, in urban spaces, of intelligent services through mobile technologies. Some institutions from Barcelona, Helsinki and Dublin contribute to this Project of international scope.
