We’re pleased to invite you to the second Shared Breakfast, which will take place on May 8 at 8:30 am in the Sala Barcelona (240 Diagonal Avenue, 2nd floor – next to the Glòries Shopping Center).
This meeting is part of a series of events aimed at promoting the
Barcelona Shared Services cluster led by
22@Barcelona, the
Barcelona City Council and
CIDEM.
The topic of this breakfast will be "
Implementing Multi-channel Platforms for Shared Services Centers" given that the ideal solution for a shared services center is a single platform to manage and contact clients, allowing them to administrate and control all interactions with customers. These solutions exist, but in this meeting we will see how they are put into action in real life situations.
What solutions are available for the different problems related to Multi-channel Platforms?During this session we will share four different companies’ experiences:

MST Group: This group specializes in customer service and telephone marketing services through multi-channel platforms (phone, e-mail, fax, web, text-message, chat...) both inbound and outbound.
Genesys: Genesys is 100% dedicated to creating software for call centers. They offer real-time interactive solutions for medium and large companies and contact centers of all sizes.
Infinity: Infinity specializes in developing technological solutions to improve interaction between people and machines for the Spanish and Latin American markets. This company belongs to the Vocalcom Group.
Afterwards we will open the floor to discussion, focusing on the different solutions implemented by companies in this sector.
