22@Barcelona promotes the construction of a building where the grouping of ICT small and medium–sized businesses is facilitated in an environment which gathers in an important volume of the activity of the sector. The building will count with cutting edge equipment and services that will provide an added value to the companies and institutions there present. In order to carry out this project, an agreement has been signed with the promoting company Castellví to secure the modular and flexible design of the spaces. On the other hand, added value services will be provided by Zernike – Meta Group, specialist in scientific and technological parks management and in provision of services to technologic businesses.
The building will be located in the middle of the area devoted to Media and ICT of the 22@Barcelona district, in confluence with Tánger street and Ciudad de Granada street.
