The 22@Interface Building, inaugurated in June 2009, is strategically located in the heart of the 22@Barcelona area devoted to Media and ICT activities. This building is one of the most representative of the evolution of the 22@Barcelona project and its current status.

This building, developed by the Castellví real estate group, occupies 20,000m2 in a former industrial space, the old Netol factory (and maintains the original façade from 1955), with the offices of a variety of companies from the ICT sector, like Indra and the Barcelona City Council’s Municipal Institute of Information Technology and Municipal Services; the engineering sector, like Prointec and Beta Conkret; and others like the Catalan Consumer Affairs Agency’s Consumer Institute and the Catalan delegation of Aenor, which together employ a total of 1,200 workers.
